Who is the developer of Tadmor, and how long have they been in the business of building homes?

How many homes in total will there be?

There will be 11 homes total, nestled into the woods of Bolton, Massachusetts yet with easy commuter access.

Tell me more about the Homeowner Association?

A minimal fee will be due by each homeowner for common areas such as the main entrance upkeep. The developer will be in charge of the homeowner association until the sale of the final home, at which time the homeowners will assume responsibility of managing.

What is the tax rate in Bolton, MA?

The 2021 Bolton tax rate is $20.86 per thousand.

How are the homes assessed?

We advise homeowners to assume 100% assessment for their calculation of Real Estate Tax. In other words, assume the total purchase price of your home.

What are some of the included features of the homes?

Luxury finishes abound in the homes at Tadmor Bolton. Hardwood flooring runs throughout the open concept 1st floor entertaining areas. Kitchens offer granite or quartz countertops and a stainless steel appliance suite. The Master Bath features granite or quartz and a site-built tile shower with shelving, lighting and glass door enclosure. What type of utilities do you have?

The standard heating systems in all of the Tadmor homes will be propane/forced hot air with central air conditioning, unless defined as otherwise. The hot water systems for all of the homes are tankless Rinnai or equivalent. Each home will have a private well and private septic system.

Is there a warranty with the homes?

A warranty period of one year is provided by the builder, and is included for all of the homes at Tadmor.

Will they have decks/patios?

All homes at Tadmor will feature 12' x 16' exterior decks. The addition of a patio for the walk-out basement is part of many personal choice options available.

Is there a fireplace?

Yes, all homes have a propane gas fireplace with custom Mantel.

Are pets allowed?

How will the outside grounds be developed? (Landscaping, common area, etc)

The community's landscaping is professionally designed and maintained at the entrance to Tadmor Bolton and where appropriate. Each single family homeowner will be responsible for the maintenance of the exterior of their home and grounds.

How do we receive our mail?

Mail will be individually delivered to each single-family home.

What is your reservation process?

To begin your home purchase at Tadmor, a non-binding reservation agreement and $1,000 deposit is required. Contact the Tadmor sales office for further details.
